Terms of use
These terms govern your use of Blue Dragon Dash, a reporting dashboard operated by Blue Dragon Digital Marketing LTDA, a company registered in Brazil. By signing in, you accept them.
What the service is
Blue Dragon Dash reads advertising performance data from accounts you authorize and presents it as reports, together with written observations about what the numbers show. It is a reporting tool.
The service performs no write operations against your Google Ads account. It cannot create, modify, pause, enable or remove campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets or bidding strategies, and it offers no keyword planning functionality. Any change to your advertising is made by you, or by your traffic manager, directly in Google Ads.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
You must have the right to access the advertising accounts you connect. Connecting an account you are not authorized to access is a breach of these terms.
Your data stays yours
You keep all rights to the advertising data you connect. You grant us permission to process it for the sole purpose of producing your reports, as described in our privacy policy. We claim no ownership of it.
You can export your data or ask for its deletion at any time.
What the reports are and are not
Reports and written observations are informational. They describe what happened in your account and suggest what may be worth examining. They are not a guarantee of results and are not professional, financial or legal advice.
Advertising figures depend on data supplied by third-party platforms, which may be delayed, revised after the fact, or attributed differently across systems. Decisions you make based on these reports are yours.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another client's data, or to circumvent the separation between accounts.
- Do not resell, redistribute or provide programmatic access to data obtained through the service.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it in bulk, or reverse engineer it.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
Availability
The service is currently in development and provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what the service does, we will give reasonable notice.
Data from third-party platforms may be unavailable or incomplete at times. Where that happens, the dashboard states which source is missing rather than showing an incomplete report as if it were complete.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost advertising spend, or indirect or consequential damages.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where circumstances allow. On closure, your data is deleted within 30 days, as set out in the privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes fall to the courts of the jurisdiction where Blue Dragon Digital Marketing LTDA is registered.
